DMCA Compliance Notice

Updated: September 6, 2025

analfingeringtube is dedicated to upholding copyright law and protecting the rights of creators. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will promptly remove or disable access to material when we receive a properly formatted takedown request.

How to File a Takedown Request

If you believe your copyrighted content has been posted on our site without authorization, please use our contact form to submit a notice. For your request to be processed, it must include the following:

Details You Must Provide

  1. Your contact information
Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Details of the copyrighted work
A description of the work you own. If multiple works are involved, you may include a list.
  3. Location of the infringing content
The direct URL(s) on [Site Name] where the content appears. We cannot act on vague references; exact links are required.
  4. Statement of good faith
Confirm that you genuinely believe the disputed content is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy
Swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  6. Signature
Provide a physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification using the same contact form. Your counter-notice must contain:

  1. Your contact details.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A sworn statement that you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court covering your address (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction where analfingeringtube operates) and agreement to accept service from the original complainant.
  5. Your signature, either physical or electronic.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored after 10 business days unless we are notified that legal proceedings have begun.

Repeat Violators

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that are responsible for repeated copyright violations.

Important Warning

Knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal consequences, including damages and attorney fees. If you are not certain of your rights, you should seek professional legal advice before filing.
